E-Transfer Instructions
Please include your order number only in the message/memo section when sending your e-transfer. Send payment to bioterra_research@bioterraresearch.com
You do not need to list the items ordered—we already have this information. The order number is all that’s required to process your payment.
If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once payment is received, orders are typically shipped the same day or next business day via UPS Ground during the current strike.
